What are the basics of our features and what they do?
On the Right Hand Side of your screen you will see all of the functional commands for our member's disposal at all times in line with our Blog Page and on the Left Hand Side of your screen you will see our short Navigational Map of Category's clearly listed.
To move about within our products left click your mouse on the next item category that you would like to view or research and all items on that street will open up. Displaying very basic information with the option to goto any detailed product or item by name or item image with a single left click.
If you want to place submit a review or an order you can do so from this detail screen by selecting the quantity number and variation type you wish and then left click add to your cart button.
Once you have add your first product to your virtual cart you will also have a new members feature available, "Wish-List"! Which is only available currently from this screen for addition into your Private List. You can always view your private wish list contents by request this feature on the right side.It's advised that you also add the same items into your private wish list for instant recall.

Why would I want Instant Recall of my Favorite Products?
For right now I can't do much with your private listed information, but I can show you a "work around" until the enhancements are in place. So add all your favorite products into your wish list for now. Then should you want to make another order with one or more of the same products. Login into your account and select Wish-List on the features side and these will be listed as individual hot links. Select the first item and you will be taken to its page and make your select and the add to your virtual cart. Then press the "Back Button" until you see your private Wish-List and continue the same process.
Once you have your selections all completed in that category you can select the another category of interest and just repeat the process. On the Upper Right Hand Side you will also notice the contents of your virtual cart and its current value all of the time, so you can Checkout whenever you would like..
Should your attempt to check out and for some reason you are taken into the area used for International and/or Special Request Orders, please press your "Back Button" until you are back to the address entry of your order for check out and make sure you entered your STATE correctly. Then select the “next” button for the next page of this process to confirm your address is correct and check the box "X" that your Credit Card Address and Ship to Address are the same (No P.O. Box addresses, we need the physical address please for USP) and UPS Ground for shipping, enter the security code of your transaction and press the “next” button once more. If not, this may be why you arrived at our "Quotes Request Page" as all shipping other than Standard UPS Ground lower "48" States is a special value added process this website supplies for all our customers worldwide via "Quotes Request Page".
Our email address is on the bottom of every page should you not wish to fill out our form, however we would still need to know: the nature of the order, the ship to address in order to create a value added order for you plus a phone number so we can process your credit card over the phone here in North America all in one credit card transaction. Should you live outside of North America we would need the same information with all orders and your standard credit card information too?

Enhanced Features: Our Enhanced Features are numerous with some being a bit complex, never-the-less very functional and time savers all. Where ever possible you will no longer need to select an image or "click here to enlarge" to see it image in full size mode as this is the default on all product pages. You may see these small images in what is called a "Thumbnail Size" on a continuous category or landing page listing, but never in full product detail page. You can select the detail of any item from this small image or from the blue link text that will be highlighted for easy identification and select the item of choice where you will arrive at the Full Product Page for that items information and purchase.
Every Full Product page has the same kind of information: title, key benefits, the major use for the product, additional information, a list of all ingrediants and various full size images showing the product.
As I mentioned earlier, you can select any function at anytime and press the back button to return where you came from for easy navigation. For example; recently you had purchased and item and you wanted to make a product review of that natural product on your return visit.
To do so, just go to the All Products Page or any more suitable street and scroll with your mouse to that product and select it with your left mouse and scroll down once more with your wheel on your mouse (or you could also press the Down-Arrow Key on your keyboard) once more and near the bottom of that page will be the review form to fill out the information as you choose, then “submit” and press your back button twice to return where you begin this review process.
To have access to the majority of these enhanced features you would need to login or from members-area alternate link, should you try and access one of these commands you will arrive at the login screen automatically to verify if you have not done so.
Should you have a review, testimonial, event, news or an upload, these are easily done, but these need approval for all posts before they will appear on this website to stop any possible spammers or adult content posts. There are a couple of simple rules that you need to be aware of before you begin this simple posting uploaded content process:
1) Please consider carefully from the five selection choices above, which best describes your report content type (as it’s important that your report is posted correctly about the subject and that you are aware of directly ;)
2) Please enter the information as you would want it to read (we may need to correct a few little errors for you) under the correct page as we don't want them to be in the wrong place and possibly be deleted and we're sure you don't as well;
3) please be sure your information belongs on that page, these will not be moved; as this is something very personnel that you felt is important for the Family of Natural Pain Free Pet Members and Visitors to be aware of regardless of the location in the world the report is held;
4) Please include any and all images or short videos (maximum upload size is 20MB per email) you also wish to share which will remain the property of Natural Pain Free Pet website and its subsidiaries.

Uploads - You will also see you can upload images and even short video clips, upto 15~30 seconds of time in size, please make sure these will play on the current Windows Media Player version of that time or it will be removed, very important! No one wants to have to buy a program to watch a free video in an unknown format.
If you had uploaded something to the site and noticed it is in the wrong format for the current Windows Media Player or some other error, no worries, please just resubmit it again and say so. Once verified there is 0% Adult Content or 0% Spam I will post it on the site in your designated report format (HTML appreciated) and area so everyone can view and download (right click - "Save Target As") what you wanted to share with the natural pain free pet family. You would be surprised on the amount of information you can place in that small of a video (think Super Bowl.) You do not need to be concerned about the overall space requirements as long as it’s within these time limits. Should it become a problem we'll make arrangements for additional space and move the contents to a separate secure location which would only increase the speed and responsiveness throughout this entire website!

Virtual Cart & Wish-List
These two are so important for you that I have made extra efforts to ensure these functions are available and functioning correctly. The "Virtual Cart Feature or History" is permanent as is "Virtual Wish-List Feature" for all website family members!

Virtual Cart: Once you select an item for your cart and purchase it, the next time you return you will see that order in your private History Page! For example, you know your pet pretty good and you also know the things you and your pet likes. It would be simple matter of making that order once of those Natural Pain Free Pet Products desired and then Checkout! On future return visits, following logging in, select your history page and find that order from your private listing again and select Checkout function top right of every page, a very fast transaction that will help you in your busy lives.

Virtual Wish-List: The Wish-List (still fine tuning) is very similar and it allows you to bookmark anything of any quantity in your separate private "Wish-List" product listing. Select each individual item to build a special order with a few mouse clicks into your virtual cart, proceed through checkout and your ready for your date tonight with time left over! That order is now in your private History should you ever need it again! This is especially handy for those that make different orders with different things and it’s a lot faster than finding your needs and going through the website each return visit. Enjoy!

How can I send products to a International Destination: The process takes a couple of days for the shipping quote to these global destinations available with a $250.00 minimum order purchase through your "PayPal Accounts" only worldwide.

Why can't I change my information for an order (IE)?
I just experienced this myself during testing of our new international destination order process. There are several things going on "under the hood" so to speak of IE.
Should you not be able to correct the problem within the website, please look at the top left tool bar of IE for something called "Tools", select it and take the last line item "Internet Options".
Then look on the right for a tab titled "Content" and select.
Then in the middle look for something called "Auto Complete", select.
You will see a list of things that IE keeps track of now, one of these is "Forms", please remove that check box at least if not more and press "Ok" once.
Now please select the "General Tab" on the left of the window in front of you. In the Middle of this screen you will see the word "Delete" under "Browser History" and select.
This will take you to the place where you can delete all of the information IE has tracked for you since the last time you where in this window. So if you have never seen this now is the time to make global changes by deleting at least "Form Data" contents and press "Ok" twice to exit.
Refresh your screen and try again and if this doesn't clear up the problem, please close all IE applications and try again and if this doesn't resolve the issue you will have to reboot so IE will let go of your current forms information and it will never happen again; sorry.
