Once the acquisition is complete with Cyber-Source all transactions worldwide will be conducted in the currency of your location, however until that time your credit card would need to be issued from an American Bank.

HOW TO ORDER: You can process your order request from any item product information page which contains all known detailed information available on each product, with high quality images, information on what that products additives are by name including complete chemical analysis too. HOW ARE ORDERS PROCESSED: To place an order select the product of interest and enter the quantity number desired in the box and from the product variation drop down list slide with your mouse wheel and left mouse to confirm.

HANDLING FEE: Natural Pain Free Pet, NPFP (known as the site), may include a handling fee on Export Orders Requests of $40 non-refundable charge for each pallet included for weight only.
SHIPPING: Shipping is additional on all orders by weight.
Shipping to local lower 48 States Only is provided with UPS Ground as the prefered shipping method.
Shipping to any International location worldwide by any method you would choose including USPS, Priority, Express, Air Mail, Boat and ECT.
Orders placed by 11:00 PM CST are processed and shipped the next business day Monday through Thursday.
Orders Placed to any other worldwide destination could take longer than 3~5 business days..
These other shipping methods available are through our Quotes & Pallets Request order form.
SHIPPING APPLIES ON: Any and All Items including items that are Oversize / Overweight.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Yes, we can export internationally with a bit more paperwork required for Exportation. Please enter the "Ship To Address" to begin this process.
There is a $500.00 merchandise minimum purchase.
Freight is calculated by weight and many other factors and shipping by any method you would prefer. This website will automatically transfer this type of request during check out.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept: Pay-Pal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards.
International bank cards are accepted from any International Bank Worldwide.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS: We do accept PayPal payment for orders but our shopping cart is not set up to automatically process payments by PayPal. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE POLICY: If damage occurs, save all packing material and ensure all merchandise is inspected by your delivering carrier and notify [Us Immediately]. (Do SAVE packing materials and container of your merchandise!) It is highly suggested that you take pictures of this process from the indoors including images of all steps in the unpacking process and images of yourself with the carrier driver too. If you’re having any difficulties in this process our email address is at the bottom of every page, however we will be notified to assist you in either case.

RETURNS: Please contact us immediately regarding returning your order!
All items must be in original packaging including instruction book, warranty cards, etc. whenever possible.
All Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to our mistake or damaged delivery). You may be requested to return the unused product and you will be refunded the entire purchase less shipping.

All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
